GEORGE E. DARBY

Mr. Darby is a registered patent attorney, concentrating in telecom and software inventions.  He also practices technology law, the provision of legal counsel to technology businesses. His legal practice, based in Honolulu, includes software development, telecommunications, and computer services agreements; financing; protection of intellectual property; joint ventures; licensing; and leasing.  In addition to his practice of law, Mr. Darby's consultancy, Eidetic Technology, Inc., provides strategic planning services concerning information technology, Web Commerce, and business in Asia. In addition to his law and consulting practices, Mr. Darby teaches technology management courses in executive development programs in the U.S. and Asia.
